Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Prism (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
You may use Prism to compare AI model responses and to ground answers in documents you upload to your workspaces. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the right to upload it.
2. Data collection & training consent
You acknowledge and agree that Prism collects the prompts you submit and the model responses they generate, and that this data may be used to improve the Service — including to fine-tune our proprietary Judge model. Documents you mark as Confidential, and the comparison runs that use them, are excluded from training data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, upload malicious content, or attempt to access data that is not yours. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
4. Your content & ownership
You retain ownership of the prompts and documents you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content to operate and improve the Service, subject to the Privacy Policy and your Confidential settings.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. AI model outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for independently verifying anything you rely on.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prism and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
